1. Register an account

To be able to shop you will need to register an account. This does not cost anything. Just click on "My Account" and then "New Customer". Fill in your details and click continue. Please read our Privacy Notice regarding your personal details.

2. Log in

If it´s the first time you register an account you will automaticly be logged in after you have finished the registration process.
If you allready have registred an account, log in by clicking "Log In"

3. Pick a product you would like to order

When you have found a product you would like to order, you can either choose to read more about the product and look at an enlarged picture or just put it in your cart directly. You add a product to the cart by clicking the "buy now" or "add to cart" button.

4. Add to cart

When you are adding a procuct to the shopping cart you will be directed to the cart page so you can see what you have added. Once on the shopping cart page you can choose to continue shopping or go to the check out. If you want to change the quantity of a product you will need to click the update button for the total to be recalculated.

5. Check out

Click the "check out" button in your shopping cart to continue. You will now be presented the different shipping methods you can use. You will also see how much the shipping will cost. Choose the shipping method you would like to use and click continue. You will now be presented the differnet payment methods. PayPal is the only available payment method for international orders. > Please read more about our differnet payment methods here .

6. Confirm order

Look through your order to see if it is correct. If you want to change the shipping method, simply click the "Edit link" next to the name of the shipping method. If everything looks good, click the continue button.

7. PayPal

To finish your PayPal payment you will be transfered to PayPal´s secure webpage. Once at the PayPal page you can either log in to your PayPal account and finish the payment or continue without a PayPal account. If you choose to continue without a PayPal account make sure you fill in your details correctly and follow the instructions on the PayPal webpage.

When you have finnished your payment on the PayPal webpage it is very important that you return to the Actionfigurez web site to complete your order. You will automatically be redirected back to the Actionfigurez web page. If you are not automatically redirected, make sure you click the link displayed on the PayPal page. If you don´t come back to the Actionfigurez web page I will receive your payment but not your order.

8. Your order has been processed!

You will now be displayed a message saying "Your order has been processed!". You can now click the Log off link at the top right corner of the web page.

Delivery and payment

Normally your the order will be shipped the same or the following day your payment is received. You can read more about the shipping and payment methods under the link Conditions.
